5A06 Aluminum sheet plate is AL-Mg series anti-rust aluminum, the magnesium content is higher, which is similar to that of 5A03 aluminum plate. 5A06 Aluminum plate has high strength, corrosion resistance and stability. The plasticity in the annealed temper is high, and the plasticity in the semi-cold hardened temper is acceptable, cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. 5A06 Aluminum sheet has good corrosion resistance and good weldability. The air tightness and weld plasticity of the weld seam welded by argon arc welding are acceptable, and the strength of the welded joints of gas welding and spot welding is 90~95% of the matrix strength, and the machinability is good.Click to Order

5A06 aluminum plate is anti-rust aluminum with high strength and good corrosion resistance.
5A06 aluminum plate has good weldability, can be welded by argon arc welding, the air tightness and plasticity of the weld are acceptable, the strength of the welded joint by gas welding and spot welding is 90~95% of the matrix strength, and the machinability is good.
The surface of 5A06 aluminum plate has no oil spots, no waves, no scratches, no roll marks, neat trimming, and no burrs.
Excellent corrosion resistance makes 5A06 aluminum plate widely used in maritime applications such as ships, automobiles, aircraft welding parts, subways and light rails.5A06 aluminum plate is usually used to manufacture welded pipes, welded fuel tanks and other liquid containers, and other parts that require high process plasticity, good corrosion resistance, and medium load; wire rods are used as electrodes and rivets, and rivets need to be anodized. Also, similar alloys (such as 5456) are used to make armor plates and high-strength structural parts, like storage tanks, pressure vessels, and marine components.
