Stucco Embossed Aluminum Coil

Embossed aluminum coils are usually made from aluminum wide coils, which are flat rolled products produced by hot and cold rolling mills. When the wide coil passes through the plate rolling machine with patterned rollers, the patterns on the rollers are pressed against the surface of the coil under pressure. Stucco embossed aluminum plate is usually used in refrigerators, air conditioners and refrigeration equipment, as well as pipe insulation. Due to the special pattern, the product has good heat conduction and heat dissipation performance. Such materials are widely used in refrigerators, wine cabinets, solar panels, decorative aluminum products, lighting fixtures, light boxes, sterilizers, kitchen cabinets, central air-conditioning systems and other fields. 1060 series and 3003 series aluminum alloys are commonly used for our stucco embossed aluminum sheets/coils. At present, in the refrigeration industry, 3003 series antirust-explosion-proof aluminum coils are widely used; 1xxx series are widely used in pipe insulation and packaging. Embossed alumina plate, thickness 0.25mm-2.0mm, maximum width 1500mm, thickness can be increased by 0.08-0.25mm after embossing. In addition, we also provide processing services for anodized aluminum plates, which can further enhance the anti-corrosion ability of the plates.

The embossed aluminum plate used for the refrigerator evaporator is generally orange peel. The pattern of the aluminum plate is pressure-treated to create a surface that resembles cellulite. It is a series of aluminum coil deep processing products, and it can also be a patterned aluminum coil. At present, the thickness of the 3003 stucco embossed aluminum plate produced by our company is between 0.2mm-3.0mm, and the width is usually 1000, 1250, 1300mm. 3003 stucco embossed aluminum sheet/roll is usually used for refrigeration equipment and pipeline insulation such as refrigerators and air conditioners. This series of products has good thermal conductivity and thermal insulation performance due to the special pattern. At present, the refrigeration industry generally uses 3003 series anti-rust aluminum coils as the base material.

5xxx series aluminum belong to Al-Mg-Si alloy, 5052 aluminum plate has good corrosion resistance, hardness and anti-rust performance. It is usually used in special places, such as ships and cabin lights in humid environments. This kind of aluminum coil has high hardness and has a certain load-bearing capacity.

Product packaging

1.We will pad paper or cover protective film on all aluminum plate products to ensure that the surface of the aluminum plate is perfect without scratches, and wrap it with plastic or kraft paper for waterproof and moisture-proof (each package has a moisture-proof desiccant).

2.We can package aluminum coil products according to customer requirements, either "eye to wall" or "eye to sky".

3.Use wooden pallets with fumigation marks and reinforce them with steel belts to avoid collisions during transportation and ensure that the shape of the aluminum plate remains unchanged;

4.Pack according to customers’ requirements.
