Introduction of Transformer Aluminum Strip

The aluminum content of transformer aluminum foil strip is high (usually 99.6%-99.7%). The electrical and thermal conductivity of aluminum is only lower than conventional metals such as copper. Since the price of copper is much higher than aluminum, aluminum strip is currently the most commonly used and ideal transformer material. Transformer aluminum strips are mainly used in high and low voltage windings of dry-type transformers as conductive materials. 1050/1060/1070/1350 Transformer aluminum strips foils are the key raw material for manufacturing transformer winding because it has high electrical conductivity, soft quality, smooth surface and no burrs. Transformer aluminum foil strip generally uses 1050-O/HO aluminum strip foil, 1060-O/HO aluminum strip foil, 1070-O/HO aluminum strip foil, 1350-O/HO aluminum strip foil, thickness 0.20-3.00mm. Transformer aluminum foil strip has high plasticity, corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and is easy to withstand various pressure processing, extension and bending, which can significantly improve the heat dissipation performance of transformers.
