5052 aluminum sheet plate has good formability, corrosion resistance, weldability, and medium strength. It is mainly used in the manufacturing of aircraft casings, fuel tanks, engine parts, electrical casings, automobile bodies and other components. Also, 5052 H32 aluminum plate has good plasticity and is often used as a decorative panel or decorative material.
5052 H32 is an aluminum alloy material. 5052 is the grade of aluminum alloy, which means that this material is mainly composed of aluminum; H32 means the hardness state after heat treatment. 5052 aluminum alloy in H32 temper has good tensile strength and corrosion resistance, is easy to weld, form and process. 5052 H32 aluminum sheets plates are available in many specifications, including thin plates and thick plates.
5052 aluminum plate belongs to AL-Mg-Mn alloy element aluminum plate. 5052 H32 aluminum plate belongs to the main classified product of 5 series Al-Mg alloy aluminum plate. Other products represented by this series are: 5083 aluminum sheet plate, 5754 aluminum sheet plate, 5052 aluminum sheet plate, 5454 aluminum sheet plate, 5182 aluminum sheet plate, etc.5052 H32 is a common annealing temper among 5052 aluminum plates. Other representative tempers are: O, H32, H34, H36, H38, H111, H112.etc.5052 H32 is a commonly used annealing process. This annealing temperature is generally direct annealing at 420 degrees to 475 degrees. It has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance.The surface treatment process of 5052 H32 aluminum plate is: oxidation processing, deep stamping and deep processing of various products.Performance advantages of 5052 H32 aluminum plate: It has good corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and extreme cold temperature resistance. It supports gas welding, arc welding, resistance welding, spot welding, and seam welding. It has a tendency of crystal cracks during argon arc welding. The brazing performance is good, while the soft soldering performance is poor.
