3003-H24 aluminum coil annealing process: the temperature in the annealing furnace is raised to about 390-430 degrees, and the temperature is maintained for about 12 hours, then the temperature in the furnace is lowered to below 300 degrees based on 30-50 degrees, and the temperature is placed outside to cool and then opened on the machine.
3003-H14 aluminum coil annealing process: the temperature in the annealing furnace is raised to about 390-430 degrees, and the temperature is maintained for about 11 hours, and the temperature in the furnace is lowered to below 300 degrees based on 30-50 degrees. The aluminum plate is rolled again, and then it is placed outside to cool and then opened on the machine.
3003-H18 aluminum coil non-annealing process: cold rolling mill processing directly into finished products
3003-O aluminum coil annealing process: the temperature in the annealing furnace is raised to about 390-430 degrees, and the temperature is maintained for about 20 hours. The temperature in the furnace is lowered to below 300 degrees at 30-50 degrees. The aluminum plate is rolled again, and then it is cooled outside and flattened on the machine.
3003 aluminum coil cannot strengthen the surface hardness of aluminum plate through heat treatment, so in general, 3003 aluminum coil is mainly processed by cold rolling, that is, aluminum coil annealing process, such as common aluminum coil 3003-H24 state, aluminum coil 3003-H14 state, etc. 3003 aluminum coil is mainly used in: curtain walls, traffic signs, sealed storage, refrigerator lining, aircraft and ships, etc.
